Welcome to CYI Classical Yoga International’s 300-Hour Classical Yoga Teacher Training Program. This immersive course offers an authentic journey into classical yoga and equips you with world-recognized certifications: CYT300, YCB400, and Yoga Alliance 500-Hour.


Certification Timeline for the 300-Hour Classical Yoga Teacher Training


Upon completing the 25-day course, participants will undergo examinations for each certification on the following timeline:


CYT300 Certification Exam: Conducted immediately after the training, certifying your completion and knowledge acquired during the course.


YCB400 Certification Exam: Scheduled one month after the training, allowing time to deepen your understanding and practice independently before assessment.


Yoga Alliance 500-Hour Certification Exam: Held two months after the training, giving you further time to refine and integrate your skills before final certification.



Each examination reflects progressive stages of mastery, ensuring that you develop a strong, lasting foundation in classical yoga teaching.

Classical Yoga Teacher Training (CYT 300) Program Modules:

The curriculum modules you provided cover a comprehensive and specialized range of teachings across various branches of classical and modern yoga, including Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, Tantra, Yoga Healing, Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and advanced teaching methodology. To organize this in a clear modular structure for a Classical Yoga Teacher Training program, we can arrange it by levels or course hours based on your certification structure. 

1. Hatha Yoga 

  • Module 1: Foundations of Hatha Yoga

    • Origins, philosophy, balance of energies.

  • Module 2: Asanas (Physical Postures)

    • Alignment, balance, and energetics.

  • Module 3: Pranayama (Breath Control)

    • Key techniques like Nadi Shodhana, Kapalabhati.

  • Module 4: Bandhas and Mudras

    • Mantra, visualization, rituals for personal empowerment.

  • Module 3: Harmonizing Yoga Sutra and Tantra

    • Integrative techniques for a balanced spiritual path.

  • Module 4: Meditation Techniques from Vijnana Bhairava

    • Techniques for achieving heightened awareness and inner peace.

  • Module 5: Pranayama & Energy Control

    • Advanced techniques to cleanse and balance nadis.

  • Module 6: Mantra and Sound Healing

    • Bija mantras and healing sound applications.

3. Kundalini Yoga Sadhana 

  • Module 1: Introduction to Kundalini Yoga

    • History and foundational philosophy.

  • Module 2: Kundalini Awakening Techniques

    • Pranayama, Kriyas, mantra use.

  • Module 3: Chakra System Study

    • Seven main chakras, release techniques.
